Thank goodness it's a holiday. You are tired. Drained. Exhausted.
You can't get out of bed in the morning; can't make it to work or, once you are there, you can't seem to get going.
At home, you snarl at your spouse and scream at your children. You've quit many previously enjoyable social activities. Everything seems to get you down. Your excuse: "I'm just so tired."
