"Who knows what pastry cream is?" shouted Chef Tim Shaw to the crowded, noisy room of Lowell High School French Club students.
Bon Apetit's very own, Tim Shaw, gathered his cooking ingredients, utensils, and apron and headed out to Lowell High School to give a cooking demonstration to the French Club. Shaw had formerly visited Paris, where he had been practicing his cooking talents.
"We've got to hurry; we've only got an hour," told the group.
Shaw quickly picked volunteers to jump in and give him a hand in preparing the specialty, ...
