Last Saturday, while the cold winds swirled snow outside the window panes, sounds of spring swelled the air inside the Chesterton Feed and Garden Center.
The sweet music of song birds, drum-beating rhythms of woodpeckers, duets of love birds and choruses of migrating birds were just some of the sounds presented by bird-sound expert Paul Baker of Chicago.
