Spotlighting the alleged strip search of 30 people at a private party, the Indiana Civil Liberties Union has launched a campaign to limit when police can order suspects to remove their clothes for a search.
The ICLU announced over the weekend it would file three class-action lawsuits in federal courts in Indianapolis and South Bend today, targeting incidents that occurred in Elkhart, Johnson and Monroe counties.
