Sprinter Carl Lewis not only breaks records, he makes them. In Europe, the harmonious four-time Olympic gold medalist is bigger than Michael Jackson. Last year he released a single called "Break it Up."

"It sold over 500,000 copies," said Lewis Thursday. His success inspired an album, which he has been putting together since March.

"I'm excited about my music," said Lewis, who will long jump in the Pan American Games Sunday. "I'm an executive producer, writer and singer."

Since 1981, Lewis has produced six winning 28-foot jumps. Twice he sailed 28-10 1/4. ...
