In Michael Fedo's new unauthorized biography of Garrison Keillor, "The Man From Lake Wobegon," you don't even get past the preface before you stumble across a letter to the author from Keillor's attorney, informing him in no uncertain terms that the book is unwelcome.
"Mr. Keillor's right to privacy, and the right to privacy of his family, will be protected by all appropriate means," says the letter.
