A garment factory making everything from sportswear to surgical gowns is helping a poverty-ridden Indian reservation through tough economic times.
"Jobs in this area are hard to find. Mahnomen County has the lowest per capita income in the state, so every bit helps," said Bill Osborn, the manager of the White Earth Garment Company, Inc.
"We're making a difference here, there's no doubt about it. We're the largest private employer in the county," he said.
