Q: How do you make chocolate-covered strawberries so that the chocolate doesn't roll off the strawberry?
A: The secret to making chocolate-covered strawberries is to have the strawberries dry before dipping them in the melted chocolate. If even a drop of water gets into the melted chocolate, you won't be able to coat anything with it. Wash the strawberries, leaving the stems on, and dry very well. Here are two easy recipes you can try.
