Article: Joliet cops: Man kept fighting dogs

JOLIET -- Narcotics agents on a Wednesday morning drug raid uncovered a stable of fighting dogs in an apartment in the Fairview projects, police said. The Joliet Narcotics Unit served a search warrant at the home of Quentin Traylor, at 1108 Fairview Ave., around 7 a.m. and reported seizing 2.5 grams of crack cocaine. But grabbing the crack was just the start for the narcotics unit, as members soon happened upon 10 pit bulls -- eight adults and two puppies -- at the residence, police said.
