Evan Lysacek's third-place finish Saturday in the men's competition of the U.S. Figure Skating Championships was worth the wait for him -- and he had to wait. The Naperville native faced an 11 a.m. starting time in Portland, Ore., for the men's final. He had to get up at 5:30 a.m. to do stretching exercises N a precaution for his now injury-free left hip -- before an early-morning practice. Then it was back to the hotel for a quick rest before arriving at the Rose Garden Arena.
