Kraft has added Philadelphia Swirls to its line of cream cheese products. Various flavors are swirled into the cream cheese. The 8-ounce containers of the spreads are available in the following varieties: Triple Berries 'n Cream, Peaches 'n Cream, Brown sugar 'n Cinnamon Spice and Garlic 'n Herb.
