The Gateau De Crabe a la Jean Banchet at Bistrot Margot in Naperville features fresh crab folded into a seafood mousse with a mustard sauce.
At the original Bistrot Margot, which Joseph Doppes opened in 1999 in Chicago's Old Town, "guests are transported to Paris," according to Bon Apetit magazine.
Paris just got a little closer to home, as Doppes opened his second Bistrot Margot in July, this one in Naperville. The aim at the new location is to give customers a feeling of a 1950s French bistro.
"It's very laid back, but it's elegant," said Ulises Sanchez, the general
