A Naperville man was charged with public indecency for allegedly fondling himself in a computer lab at Nichols Library on Tuesday. Timothy Hansen, 23, was charged with public indecency after he was found inappropriately touching himself around 2 p.m. while viewing pornographic Web sites on a public-use computer, Naperville police Sgt. Joel Truemper said. Truemper said a patron reported the incident to a library employee, who then contacted police.

Police confronted Hansen, who lives in a hotel on the 800 block of East Ogden Avenue in Naperville, Truemper said.
