AURORA - The Riverfront Playhouse at 11-13 South Water Street Mall in downtown Aurora, opens its annual presentation of A Christmas Carol tonight.
Performances are at 8 p.m. today with additional shows at 8 p.m. Friday and at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m on both Saturday and Sunday.
Based on Charles Dickens' classic novel, the script, music and lyrics to the Riverfront's version of A Christmas Carol were written by Jack Schultz. This will be the 12th year the playhouse has mounted A Christmas Carol for its seasonal fare.
