When a little girl's naked, decapitated body was found dismembered in the Little Calumet River last summer, her family and friends immediately pointed fingers at her mother's ex-boyfriend. Last week, Rudolfo Heredia, who was never charged with Alexandra Anaya's murder, was acquitted of interstate stalking and burglarizing. And while Alexandra Anaya's mother, Sandra Anaya, quickly requested an order of protection against the man she believes killed her daughter, no one has ever been charged in the death, and it is unknown whether Heredia remains the key suspect in the 13-year-old's murder.
