Musical chair toy a strangulation risk About 614,000 musical chair toys, manufactured by Fisher-Price, have been recalled because a child can become lodged between the seat back and side table of the chair and run the risk of strangulation.

The company has received three reports of children getting their necks trapped, including one report of a child receiving a welt on the neck. The recalled Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn Musical Learning Chairs bear model numbers H4609, H7167-H7173, H8157, H8998 and J0272-J0275 on the underside of the seat.
