A funeral Mass for Thomas H. Bychowski, 74, of Algonquin, formerly of Arlington Heights and Mount Prospect, was celebrated March 14 at St. Raymond Church, Mount Prospect. Born Aug. 2, 1931, in Chicago, he died March 9 at Good Shepherd Hospital, Barrington.
Mr. Bychowski was a Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War. He was a 50-year member of the Knights of Columbus Council No. 04483 and Pipefitters Local No. 597. For more than 40 years, he was a member of St. Raymond Church, where he served as an usher for more than 25 years. He was the retired owner of Quality Heating & Air-conditioning. He had a passion for family, grandkids, airplanes, Cubs and solitaire.
