Residents have a lot to gain by filling out the Hoffman Estates Park District's new Attitude and Interest Survey that should be in mailboxes today.

First, said Michele Lengerman, Park District Public Relations Coordinator, they get a say in the future of the park district. Second, they get a pair of passes to the park district's Seascape Family Aquatic Center.

The double-sided, two-page surveys take about 10 minutes to complete and include questions dealing with demographics, park district communications and customer service, and questions evaluating the park district's current programs and activity offerings.
