Article: Cary may link up with golf course subdivision

Cary planning commissioners are scheduled to vote tonight on a second new subdivision in as many months.

The Board of Zoning Planning and Appeals will consider Town and Country Homes' proposal to build a 374-home golf course community on the land known as the mink farm property.

Last month, the board recommended the approval of a 474-home subdivision proposed by Concord Development. The Village Board gave final approval for the Concord subdivision on Dec. 7.
