It's a cool Thursday evening in June and the six of us have driven to the lower southeast side of Valparaiso to see what's cookin'. Some of us, so as not to be seen, park down the block (that's where the parking lot is). The other car, my Jeep, circles the block, looking for an on-street parking space, in anticipation of exiting this old storefront business carrying a full load.
