As she weighed whether to commit herself to Sydney in 2000, Buffalo Grove resident Colleen Rosensteel surveyed the universal Olympic checklist.

Olympics and money. They go together as well as the IOC and ethics. But when Rosensteel was "surviving on credit cards" between 1996-1998, times were not warm and fuzzy.
