Glenview School District 34 Board members should visit the district's schools more often, according to staff and community members who evaluated the job School Board members are doing.
The board collectively was rated on decision-making, knowledge of the community
D I S T R I C T 3 4 and communications efforts and board members individually on their contributions, votes and work ethics in the annual survey, returned this year by 29 community members, 31 staff members and four board members.
The district has 483 staff members and thousands of residents.
Many comments attached to the surveys were critical of board members' records on visiting the schools.
