Skokie trustees last week approved requests from an Evanston-based religious group that will allow it to move onto the former Horton Publishing property at 7566 and 7574 Lincoln Ave.
The Ethical Humanist Society of Chicago should begin holding services in May with an official opening this fall, society local president Thomas Hoeppner said after the unanimous decision.
