People rarely consider the calendar as a work of art.
They may be very particular about the calendar they put on their desk or on their wall. But when the calendar loses its function at the end of the year, it is usually tossed out without sentiment.
"A lot of people look at the calendar and never stop to think where we would be without it," Laura Hack assistant director of the Calendar Marketing Association said. "It truely is an art form."
