Article: Baked Brie is the ultimate comfort

Though I've loved Brie, until recently I'd never baked one. Which is odd because I am especially fond of the cheese warm. Thick slices of Brie and tomato toasted in a crunchy baguette is my favorite lunch (especially when accompanied by a crisp Riesling and followed by a cappuccino).

All the more reason to try baked Brie, which has become such a common party food. Often drizzled in some sort of sweet and savory fruit compote and wrapped in breading or biscuit dough, baked Brie is ultimate comfort.

Which got me thinking about blueberries. With the berry season upon us, I'm already sick of blueberry ...
