It's too bad healthy food gets such a bad rap as being bland and tasteless. Most people probably mistake "health food" for "healthy food." They're not really interchangeable at all, and the difference between the two is pure, full flavor as opposed to the stuff they serve in hospital cafeterias that who knows what goes in it. But, as it is, we often reserve "healthy" for dieters and health gurus, and just seeing the term on a menu will have many of us running scared to the nearest greasy spoon, seeking something to take the bitter taste out of our mouths from just uttering the word "healthy."
