Article: Morton Arboretum makes annual yule log hunt more difficult Twist on yuletide tradition

LISLE - Don't even think about cheating during this year's Yule Log Hunt at the Morton Arboretum. In previous years, people who knew the arboretum well were able to find the log within minutes. But this year it's going to be quite a bit tougher. Aboretum officials have changed the rules, making the task more like a scavenger hunt with several stops. At each location, the hunter gets a hole punched in a piece of paper. Hunters can't win unless they have all the punches when they find the log.

"It makes it a little more challenging and fun," said Gina Tedesco, public relations manager for the arboretum.
