If you're Roman Catholic and even if you aren't yet, you may or may not be familiar with the traditional Tridentine Latin Mass. For those old enough to remember it, don't you miss it? For the rest of you, you don't know what you're missing! There is nothing that compares to the majesty, beauty and other-worldliness that the Latin Mass offers.
The very first Latin Mass I attended a few years ago at St. John Cantius Church in Chicago was as if I had literally walked into heaven. Surrounded by the smell of incense, the gorgeous statues and artwork and the echoes of its angelic choir, I had never felt closer to God than at that moment.
