Gloria Bradley is no stranger to the concept of tubular pasta napped with cheese sauce. Over the nearly three and a half decades she has lived in Naperville, the avid cook and cooking contest victor raised five kids and has served up plenty of the kid-friendly fare.

But she took her approach to the dish up a notch or two for the recent national championship round, clinching the regional title and traveling to Oregon to present her Truffle-Scented Macaroni and Cheese, a creation accented with crisp pancetta and adorned with chive strips, to the panel of judges in the finals.
