As spring rolls around, everyone finds their second wind to get back in shape for the approaching warm weather. For many people, the biggest obstacle is time. At the end of the day exercise is the last thing on your list and for some getting up an hour early is an idea that won't make it to the "possible option" list. So when work, family and life get in the way, how do you get exercise in?
