ROMEOVILLE - Construction is starting on what will become Will County's biggest pizza place.
Great Kitchens Inc. will prepare about 60,000 pizzas a day in Romeoville, although you won't be able to order carry-out.
The company is building a 137,000-square-foot factory, distribution and office complex for the pizzas that it ships to grocery stores for sale in their deli departments.
The delivery territory for Great Kitchens is the United States, and that could grow.
"We've even started to venture into Mexico and Canada," said Chief Executive Officer Dennis Malchow, who was at the future home of Great Kitchens in Romeoville Wednesday for a groundbreaking ceremony.
