Fresh goods are being readied to make their way to the city's open-air market again.
One sure sign of summer's approach, the Naperville Farmers Market will open Saturday morning and continue operating weekly through October.
Regular shoppers will find mostly familiar faces among the more than two dozen growers and food producers standing behind the tables that line the parking lot outside the Fifth Avenue Station shops.
"There's a couple new vendors," said market coordinator Kathy Mortensen, reporting that coffee and baked goods will expand the merchandise lineup.
