Q: I have noticed a lot of products have yogurt added to them. If you don't like yogurt, can you still get the same benefits if you eat a product with yogurt added, such as cereal or ice cream?
A: Not necessarily. The magic of yogurt is in the "live" probiotic bacteria, which is added to the product. To see if your yogurt contains these probiotic bacteria, look for the words "live and active cultures" listed under ingredients on the nutrition facts panel.
