Traveling with the whole family is something we did years ago when my daughter was much younger. My family, along with my wife's brothers and sisters and their kids would travel to places like Brown County State Park in Indiana, to the Dells in Wisconsin and King's Island in Ohio.

The trips were all easy drives and most often they would be for just a weekend because the kids were in school.

It's been a long time since we've done that, but just last week we did it again. This time it was much closer - and we tossed in a little fishing as well.

There were 18 of us and we headed out to Starved Rock State Park and Grizzly Jack's Grand Bear Lodge. Let me first start by simply saying that ...
