William Ochoa "Guillermo" William "Guillermo" Ochoa of Dover, died Saturday, November 3, 2007 in his home after a long courageous battle with cancer. He was 63. Mr. Ochoa was born January 25, 1944 in Waukegan, Illinois to the late Ignacio Ochoa, Sr. and Margarita Velasco Ochoa. Mr. Ochoa served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War, retiring as a SMSGT after 22 years in 1987. He was an air traffic controller and was chosen as the Watch Supervisor of the Year for Air Traffic Control in 1982 for National RecognitPion.
