Dr. Wallace -- Our science teacher said she remembered that one of her college instructors said they should eat certain foods before taking a test because they will help you be more alert and, therefore, should increase your ability to do well on the exam. She said she remembered apples and nuts were recommended, and said she ate them before every test.
