"We want to bring people back together at the dinner

table," said Chicagoan Eric Fosse, who founded the company

about a decade ago with his wife, Audrey.

The concept is all about gathering together for the evening meal in

the friendly confines of home sweet home, and enjoying it.

"We want to take out all the hard work and leave all the

reward in dinner," Fosse said.

The concept is pretty simple: patrons come in, choose a pizza

- selecting one of the suggested combinations or building
