At least 20 dogs spent time at the new Chasin' Our Tails over the winter holidays, reported the facility's owner Kathy Dozier. The dog day care facility holds up to 30 dogs during the day and has five sleeping rooms that are 5-by-10-feet for overnight stays. They can keep together two dogs from the same owner-family in an overnight room.
The dogs' home away from home recently opened at 766 Industrial Drive, Cary. It provides a place for dog owners to take their dogs while they work or travel. And a new service is dogs can play inside the facility during the winter months between 9 a.m. and noon on Saturdays.
