Homer Drew was at the tail end of another long and languid lament about his team's inability to make free throws when he was hit with a simple question.
Could you do any better?
Drew smiled, took a few steps to his left, snatched a basketball out of the hands of freshman Benjamin Fumey and aligned his feet along the charity stripe.
