By description, an arrogant person is someone who's domineering and
assumes more power or authority than rightly is his or hers. This
description describes most members of the Bush administration. Just
like lemmings going over the cliffs to their demise, they follow
their leader, President Bush, in defying the Fourth Amendment.
The Fourth Amendment clearly states, "The right of the people to be
secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against
unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no
warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or
affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched,
