Article: Girl Scouts, Brownies craft baby blankets for Birthright

St. Paul Catholic School fourth-grade Junior Girl Scout troop 127, along with first-grade Brownie Troop 337, recently made tied-fleece baby blankets for Birthright as a joint service project. The juniors, who have made blankets before, worked with the Brownies in small groups and taught them how to cut and tie the material. The Girl Scouts hand-delivered the blankets to Birthright during a scout meeting last month and learned about the organization's mission.
