Despite well-intentioned but miserably failed attempts to pave our way out of congestion, Chicagoans have been living a traffic nightmare for years.

The city recognizes that we need to try a different approach, and fast, proposing we adapt a system that's working in at least a dozen cities around the globe: bus rapid transit.
