The Downers Grove Township Republican Organization has added 34 new committeemen to its organization. Committeemen are the grass roots workers of the Republican Party who volunteer their time to distribute literature about Republican candidates and help get out the vote.

Dan Cronin, chairman of the DuPage County Republican Party, was presented with the following names of resident volunteers to be appointed Republican Committeemen: Precinct 19, Joe Gomez of Westmont; Precinct 38, Keith Chval of Clarendon Hills; Precinct 48, Christina West of Downers Grove; Precinct 49, Robert Burgdorfer of Downers Grove; Precinct 50, Patrick Smith of Downers Grove; Precinct 51; Richard Sievers of Downers ...
