Celebration thanks all supportersFor almost 20 years, parent volunteers from Maine South High School have organized and sponsored a substance-free, post prom event called "Celebration." This event is the high school's safe alternative to "what to do after prom."
On May 30, 380 students and 25 chaperones took part in a memorable evening which began at the historic Aragon Ballroom, where the students were entertained for several hours by the Sports Comedy group and a hypnotist and ended with a Lake Michigan cruise on the Mystic Blue with dancing, relaxing with friends, and culminating with an incredible sunrise.
