It's not that I'm unappreciative that Kanye West has taken it upon himself to look out for the culinary needs of his old hometown by importing the California burger chain known as Fatburger.
It's not even that I resent that news of Kanye opening the first of 10 planned Fatburger restaurants in the Chicago area has touched off a misguided debate in the blogosphere as to who makes the best hamburger, Fatburger or In-N-Out Burger.
No, what concerns me is that this is going to further screw up my chances of ever finding within Chicago's city limits what obviously is the very best burger chain in the country.
By that, of course, I refer to Steak- Shake.
I want a Steak- Shake in downtown ...
