WHEATON - Three months after being paroled from prison, a Bolingbrook man is accused of stealing DVDs yet again.
A DuPage County grand jury has retuned a four-count indictment against Peter W. Johnske, 22, of 1059 Bothwell Circle, on charges of retail theft this week.
Johnske allegedly stole nearly $2,000 worth of DVDs from Wal-Mart, 776 S. Illinois 59, Naperville, on April 19 and 22 - just three months after he was paroled from the Illinois Department of Corrections for a retail theft of DVDs he pleaded guilty to last year, court records show.
The three-year prison sentence was imposed after his third retail theft conviction.
