Maybe that's why business is as good as last summer at the two courses operated by the Chicago Heights Park District. The East Course, 315 Glenwood Road, and the West Course, 1112 Scott Ave., are both nine-hole courses. Both are staying busy despite tough economic times this summer. John Stanfa, who manages the courses, credits the shortened time it takes to play nine holes and record high gasoline prices. "You can play in two hours, maybe an hour-and-a-half some days.
