Lowell Raymond Kelley, Jr. 1992-2008Lowell R. Kelley, Jr., 15, of Aurora, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, August 23, 2008 at his home. He was born on October 18, 1992 in Aurora. Lowell Jr. was our special child; he was the center of our lives. He brought love and happiness to all who knew him.Lowell Jr. would have entered the 10th grade at Hope D. Wall School today.Instead, he was called home where he is now at peace and where he can run and play and do the things that were not possible for him on earth.
