Batavian named dean of business

Michelle Coussens of Batavia has been appointed Dean of the School of Business at Kendall College in Chicago.

Coussens oversees and manages faculty and curriculum selection, assessment and program direction, and is a member of Kendall's academic leadership team. She has taught management strategy and organizational behavior classes at DePaul University's College of Commerce and been on the faculty for the American Management Association.

In addition, Coussens teaches seminars in business plan development and strategy for NeighborWorksAmerica. Her business career includes management positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, serving as a senior ...
