BY Shenequa A. Golding STAFF WRITER When the Cold War came to an end, many current Andrew High School students probably weren't even born. The tension between the United States and the Soviet Union didn't affect the students who now attend the Tinley Park school. However, social studies teacher Mike Duffy helped to bring a panel of Cold War experts together to discuss how volatile that period in world history was. In June, Andrew students traveled to Russia for two weeks to learn how Russia and Germany perceived the Cold War.
